She was easy to communicate with (text was perfect!), reliable, did high quality work, and finished the job when she said she would. She communicated clearly through unexpected challenges and easily fixed a paint mixing error (not her error, a paint store system issue). We had her do both a dark and light color in our bedroom with a clean line (no trim) separating the two and it looks absolutely fantastic.
